2. Candidate Protection

No fees are charged to candidates for registration or alerts. Compensation information is provided as supplied by employers when available and may vary. Candidates are never required to make payments to access job alerts or apply for opportunities shared through this service.

3. Transparent Role Information

We aim to ensure job alerts include role scope, general responsibilities, compensation details when available, and employment type such as remote, hybrid, or office-based.

4. Fair Access

Alerts may be sent based on role relevance and timing. Access is not sold or prioritized based on payment or favoritism.

5. No Misrepresentation

Hired Zone does not guarantee employment, act as an agent in employment contracts, or modify employer-provided role terms.

6. Reporting & Accountability

Users may report suspicious activity, misleading job listings, or inappropriate conduct. All reports are reviewed and addressed promptly.

7. Continuous Improvement

We regularly review our processes to align with industry standards and regulatory expectations.
